At Evolve, we want you to have a judgment-free, safe place to turn to for your concerns.  As a member of the LGBTQ community, we know seeking medical care can be somewhat unnerving.  We want to assure you that you are welcome, whatever your concerns may be.

There are no LGBTQ-specific diseases or illnesses. However, LGBTQ people are more likely to experience certain health issues compared to people who are not LGBTQ. We know that many lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people have had poor healthcare experiences — and we’re here to change that.

We offer a full range of primary care services in addition to PrEP, PEP, STD screening and treatment, and hormone maintenance therapy.
